The conference aims to provide tips, tactics and techniques for personal wellbeing and effectiveness.

The day will:

  • explore the links between thinking, feeling and doing,
  • investigate the proven techniques to understand, work with and control negativity
  • detail internal processes that promote wellbeing
  • produce an individual action plan for participants
  • develop a multi faceted toolbox for participants
  • highlight reasons to be cheerful!
