The conference aims to provide tips, tactics and techniques for personal wellbeing and effectiveness.
The day will:
- explore the links between thinking, feeling and doing,
- investigate the proven techniques to understand, work with and control negativity
- detail internal processes that promote wellbeing
- produce an individual action plan for participants
- develop a multi faceted toolbox for participants
- highlight reasons to be cheerful!
